By accessing or using WeatherChase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

• WeatherChase is provided for personal and lawful use. The free weather tools and any paid digital features are subject to these terms.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on our systems.
• Weather data is provided for general guidance and should not be your sole source for safety-critical decisions.

WeatherChase Premium subscriptions

WeatherChase Premium is a recurring digital subscription that provides access to the features listed on the Pricing page. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and payments are processed through Razorpay. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise the applicable recurring charge and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You must provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method authorised for the subscription.

Intellectual property

The WeatherChase name, logo, design and original content are owned by us. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo under its respective licence.

Limitation of liability

WeatherChase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on forecasts or from interruptions to the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
